Our Downtown with a Purpose Gala 2010 was officially launched at our Club meeting March 15th!
Gala Chair Ron Coulombe announced that this year’s fundraising goal is $94,000 (about 10% more than what was raised last year). Proceeds from the Gala will support our Club’s Legacy Project – the Council for the Advancement of African Canadians and the Africa Centre.
Sponsors confirmed to date were announced:
- Edmonton Journal – media sponsor;
- McRobbie Optamedia – marketing sponsor;
- West Canadian – print sponsor; and
- Raymond James – silver sponsor (wine).
Ron thanked the Rotarians chairing Gala subcommittees:
